深井坚硬顶板回采巷道锚网索支护技术研究

Research on the support technology of Bolt-mesh-anchor in hard roof and deep mines

摘要: 针对谢一矿5121(s)B9b工作面坚硬顶板巷道受高地应力及动压影响较大,采场坚硬顶板在垮落时垮落步距大,来压强烈等特点,采用理论分析及现场实测相结合的方法,研究了顶板的垮落特征及其对回采巷道影响,对工作面运输巷采用了树脂加长锚固强力锚杆和锚索的组合支护方式,确定了锚杆索支护参数,并制订了合理的支护方案。现场实测表明,强力锚网索组合支护系统能够满足深部坚硬顶板巷道支护要求,巷道的最大变形率控制在6.1%以内,确保了掘进及回采期间的巷道安全。

Abstract: Abstract:The influence of dynamic pressure and high ground stress are bigger in hard roof and deep mines, first weighting interval is bigger and pressure is stronger of hard roof around coal face, which caused higher requirements and greater difficulty for the supporting of gateway. This paper studied collapse characteristics of hard roof and the effect of gateway for hard roof of the 5121(s)B9b working face in the XieYi mine with theoretical analysis and field measurement. With using resin lengthen anchoring strength of the bolt and anchor combined support method in roadway of working face, determining the parameters of bolt anchor support, and making a reasonable support scheme. Field test results show that combined prestressed anchor-sticks support can meet the requirements of deep and hard roof roadway support, the maximum deformation rate of gateway is controlled within 6.1%, assuring that the safety of gateway during excavation and mining
